西地那非 (伟哥 )引起前部缺血性眼神经病Ｅｇａｎ报道 1例 5 2岁男性因服用西地那非 5 0ｍｇ于1ｈ内发生前部缺血性眼神经病 (ＡＩＯＮ)。该患者无阴茎勃起 ,亦无性感 ,也找不出其它可以引起ＡＩＯＮ的原因。自该例报道后 ,作者被告知还有另外 6例。已知西地那非可引起一过性?
