本文以企业人力资源管理为研究对象,着重探究了其在大数据时代下的变革。首先,对大数据时代以及企业人力资源管理的现状进行了分析和研究,研究发现:在大数据时代下,我国企业人力资源管理的理念以及管理的模式都没有进行及时更新,导致企业管理工作整体质量下降。其次,针对大数据时代下企业人力资源管理的现状,本文从企业人力资源管理理念、管理模式、绩效管理以及人才招聘这四个方面对大数据时代下企业人力资源管理的变革进行了分析和探究。
This article takes the enterprise human resources management as the research object, and emphatically explores its change under the big data age. First of all, the author analyzes and studies the present situation of big data age and enterprise human resources management. The research shows that under the era of big data, the concept of human resource management and the mode of management in our country are not updated timely, leading to the overall management of the enterprise decline in quality. Secondly, in view of the current situation of human resource management in the era of big data, this paper analyzes and probes into the human resource management changes in the era of big data from the four aspects of human resource management concept, management mode, performance management and recruitment. .
