目的了解天津市河东区入园体检幼儿体内微量元素铜、铁、钙、锌、镁的含量,分析造成微量元素缺乏的相关因素和综合防治措施。方法选择2012年8-9月间来河东区妇女儿童保健和计划生育服务中心进行入园体检的3~4岁幼儿2943例为检测对象。用原子吸收光谱分析方法对来就检的入园幼儿手指末梢血进行铜、铁、钙、锌、镁浓度检测。结果缺铜占2.28%,缺铁占20.52%,缺钙占2.41%,缺锌占1.22%。结论利用有效的方法检测本区入园体检幼儿手指末梢血中微量元素含量水平,及时了解幼儿体内缺乏哪些微量元素,应注意微量元素铜、铁、钙、锌、镁的含量不足引起的不良后果,重视幼儿时期营养素的摄入,科学指导,注意均衡膳食,合理搭配,适量合理的补充微量元素是关键。
Objective To understand the contents of trace elements copper, iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium in young children admitted to Hedong District of Tianjin City and to analyze the related factors and the comprehensive prevention and control measures of trace elements deficiency. Methods 2943 children aged 3-4 were enrolled from March to September 2012 in Hedong District Women and Child Care and Family Planning Service Center. Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to detect copper, iron, calcium, zinc, and magnesium concentrations in the peripheral blood of finger-entry children. Results Copper deficiency accounts for 2.28%, iron deficiency accounts for 20.52%, calcium deficiency accounts for 2.41%, zinc deficiency accounts for 1.22%. Conclusions The effective method is used to detect the level of trace elements in the blood of the finger tip of children who are admitted into the park and to know which trace elements are deficient in children. It is necessary to pay attention to the adverse effects caused by the insufficient content of trace elements copper, iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium , Emphasis on early childhood nutrient intake, scientific guidance, pay attention to a balanced diet, a reasonable mix of appropriate amount of trace elements is the key.
