文献报道,鹿茸含有较多成分和具有较广泛的药理作用,但自从苏联国立内分泌研究院的Pavlenko等人用70％乙醇提出鹿茸浸膏作为鹿茸精应用以后,我国药房除传统的鹿茸丸外,也以鹿茸精为主要制剂出售,笔者等鉴于鹿茸精内含成分甚少,疗效不理想;且药价昂贵,市场滞销,而制造鹿茸精的原材料鹿茸又能综合利用,为此对鹿茸的提取物与鹿茸精作了成分的分析对比,并以鹿茸提取物进行了下述药理研究。 According to reports in the literature, pilose antler contains more ingredients and has a wider range of pharmacological effects, but since the use of 70% ethanol by pilose antler extract as a velvet extract by the Soviet National Institute of Endocrinology, Pavlenko et al.
