本文结合高精度齿轮测量仪电控系统设计,针对测量过程对主轴拖动系统提出的要求,提出了伺服系统调节器参数优化设计的一种直接方法。对于两级计算机控制系统,借助于文中所设计的级间通讯接口可离线(或在线)直接对伺服系统进行调节器参数的优化设计,从而可在控制对象模型未知的情况下使控制系统具有某种最优的性能。
In this paper, based on the design of electronic control system of high-precision gear measuring instrument, aiming at the requirements of the spindle drag system in measurement process, a direct method to optimize the parameters of the servo system regulator is proposed. For the two-level computer control system, with the help of the inter-level communication interface designed in this paper, the servo system can be optimized directly with the parameters of the regulator offline (or online), so that the control system can have certain The best performance.
