Taking a kind of repetitive manufacturing robot manufacturing unit as the research object, this paper presents a method of modeling the robot cell based on maximal algebra by analyzing the constraints to meet the various activities in manufacturing process and transportation process. ; And according to the established state-space model, the steady-state performance of the system under deterministic decision-making is analyzed. An effective method to calculate the operating cycle of the system is given
