科级非领导职务干部是基层人民银行行员队伍的一个组成部分。近年来,由于各种原因科级非领导职务干部所占的比例越来越大,负面影响凸现。如何规范有效管理这个群体成为基层央行亟待研究解决的重要课题。本文以人民银行德宏州中心支行(以下简称“德宏州中支”)为例,指出非领导职务干部管理中存在的问题和不足,就如何加强管理的路径进行了分析和探讨。
Section-level non-leading cadres at the grass-roots level is an integral part of the bank’s membership team. In recent years, due to various reasons, the proportion of non-leading cadres at the department level has been increasing and the negative impact has been highlighted. How to standardize the effective management of this group has become an important issue that the grassroots central banks urgently need to study and solve. Taking the Dehong Center Branch of People ’s Bank of China (hereinafter referred to as “Dehong Prefecture Branch”) as an example, this paper points out the problems and shortcomings in the management of non - leading cadres and analyzes how to strengthen the management.
