“四僧”指的是弘仁(1610—1664)、髡残(1612—1673)、八大山人(1626—1705)、石涛(1642—1707)这四位生活在明末清初的画家。尽管他们未曾谋面,且绘画风格各异,但相较同时期受皇室推崇、笼罩画坛的摹古画风(以“四王”为代表),这几位在野的、带有浓重遗民情结的画家,其绘画皆具强烈的个性和表现力,又因四人皆有出家为僧的经历,故被合称为“四僧”。疏淡寒寂——弘仁弘仁,俗姓江,名韬,字六奇,一名舫,字鸥盟,法号弘仁。弘仁于顺治四年(1647)在武夷山落发为僧并得到这一法号,他的出家举动
