普陀工会按照群团改革工作要求,以“维权出实招、基层添活力、职工得实惠”为目标,扎实推进工会组织设置、干部管理、运行机制和支持保障等各方面的改革。一是工会组织设置更强化服务基层。以机构精简、职能聚焦、效率提高为目标,将区总机关原有的8个部室整合为5个;多渠道选拔工会干部,在全区范围内选配适应工会工作需求和发展方向的工会领导班子成员,大幅提高基层一线人员在工会领导机构中的比例,让更多基层一线的职工群众参与议事决策。
