国有企业党组织如何参与社会管理创新是当前企业党建探索的重要课题。作为大型国有企业的西湖电子集团有限公司,在参与社会管理创新实践中作了必要的探索和尝试,经过实践和总结,他们从提高企业党建科学化水平、倡导弘扬企业文化、坚持以人为本和携手工会共青团一起共创和谐企业等方面切入,确保企业稳定,进而引导动员职工努力工作,把企业发展好。只有把企业发展好,才能为社会管理创新提供物质保障。这也是国有企业党组织参与社会管理创新的基础和必要条件。
How to Participate in Social Management Innovation of SOE Organizations Is an Important Task in the Exploration of Party Construction in SOEs. As a large state-owned enterprise, Westlake Electronics Group Co., Ltd. made necessary exploration and attempt in participating in the social management innovation practice.
