以航天电子产品科研生产为对象,系统研究航天企业管理创新的方向和思路。针对航天电子单机产品研制的特点,以产品全生命周期为中心,探索专业技术产品团队及其科研工作的组织管理模式。通过分析、确认产品团队职能、管理流程、岗位人员和基本科研活动等管理信息,建立一种基于企业内部监督管理部门对产品团队运行进行系统化评价的评估机制。
To aerospace electronics research and production for the object, the system of aerospace business management innovation direction and thinking. In view of the characteristics of the development of single product of aerospace electronics, taking the product life cycle as the center, it explores the organization and management mode of professional technical product team and its research work. Through analyzing and confirming management information of product team functions, management processes, post personnel and basic research activities, an evaluation mechanism based on systematic evaluation of product team operation based on internal supervision and management department of the enterprise was established.
