爆扩短桩基础,作为一种基础形式,近年来已被广泛应用于一般亚粘土、亚砂土地区。为了把爆扩桩基础进一步扩大运用到广大的湿陷性黄土地区,我们进行系统的试验研究。在此基础上,针对山西大孔土地区的十五幢库房工程,全部采用爆扩桩基础,总桩量达3090根,建筑面积32156米~2。工程施工后,经过十年时间的使用考察,证明技术性能可靠,经济效果合理。现就试验、设计、施工概况作一简介。一、试验研究 (一) 地质概貌试验场地均为Ⅱ~Ⅲ级湿陷性黄土状亚粘土。湿陷土层深度10米。 (二) 爆扩参数试验采用2~#岩石硝铵炸药,8~#工业电雷管,干电池引爆,药管用油毡卷成,药包用塑料薄膜包
The explosion-expanded pile foundation, as a basic form, has been widely used in general sub-clay and sub-sand areas in recent years. In order to further expand the blasting and expanding pile foundation to the vast collapsible loess area, we conducted a systematic experimental study. Based on this, for the fifteen building projects in Shanxi Dakongtu area, blasting and expanding pile foundations were used. The total pile volume reached 3,090, and the building area was 32,156 meters~2. After the construction of the project, after 10 years of use and inspection, it is proved that the technical performance is reliable and the economic effect is reasonable. Now we will give an introduction to the test, design and construction. I. Experimental research (a) The geological survey sites are collapsible loess-like sub-clays of grades II-III. The depth of the soil is 10 meters.
