通过对准噶尔盆地东部侏罗系的沉积环境和沉积相的研究,应用层序地层学方法对侏罗系进行了进一步划分与对比;应用地质、测井及地震等方法对该区的沉积相和沉积层序进行了综合分析.认为,本区侏罗系主要是一套受构造和气候条件控制的陆源碎屑沉积.按其沉积特征可分为潮湿型与干旱型两类;按低位体系域的特点又可分为北部缓坡型和南部陡坡型.
