为了深入研究公路填方路基的抗震安全,根据试验要求对填方路基进行了大型振动台模型试验方案设计。方案设计中首先介绍了振动台台阵体系、模型箱的设计和数据采集系统等试验装置;然后分析了填方路基振动台模型边界条件的处理和填方路基模型的相似关系,并在已有研究成果基础上结合本次试验特性确定了模型的相似常数,通过采用等量代替法来处理模型材料的相似级配,最终确定了模拟模型路基的试验材料。同时,在对填方路基数值分析的基础上,根据路基数值模型的动力反应特性确定了振动台试验测点的布置方案。最后,根据模型试验目的,编制了模型试验的加载制度。试验结果表明,填方路基的大型振动台模型试验设计方案可行,达到了振动台试验的目的。
In order to deeply study the seismic safety of highway embankment, a large-scale shaking table model test plan design for the embankment is carried out according to the test requirements. In the scheme design, the test equipment such as the array system of vibrating table, the design of the model box and the data acquisition system are introduced firstly. Then the similarity relation between the treatment of the boundary conditions of the embankment vibration model and the embankment model is analyzed. On the basis of the research results, the similarity constants of the model are determined according to the characteristics of this test. The similar grading of the model material is treated by the equivalent replacement method, and the test materials of the subgrade of the simulation model are finally determined. At the same time, based on the numerical analysis of filled embankment, the arrangement of measuring points of shaker test station is determined according to the dynamic response of subgrade numerical model. Finally, according to the purpose of the model test, the loading system of model test is developed. The test results show that the design of large-scale shaking table model test of filled embankment is feasible and the purpose of shaking table test is achieved.
