研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVPK -3 0 )和聚乙二醇 (PEG 40 0 0 )对吡罗昔康 β 环糊精包合作用的影响 ,用热力学的方法求出了包合物在高聚物存在下的热力学函数 .结果表明 ,吡罗昔康 β 环糊精包合物在PVP和PEG的存在下包合反应表观稳定常数 (KC)增大 ,包合反应的自由焓 (ΔG)减小 .高聚物的最佳浓度为 3~ 5 g /L
The effects of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPK-30) and polyethylene glycol (PEG 40 0 0) on the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin of piroxicam were studied. The thermodynamic method was used to determine the inclusion complex in the presence of polymer The results showed that the inclusion complex of piroxicam β cyclodextrin inclusion complex in the presence of PVP and PEG increased the apparent stability constant (KC), the inclusion enthalpy (ΔG) decreased.
