Objective To understand the status quo of mine operation noise hazards and to discuss the control measures. Methods Occupational health survey was conducted on four underground coal mine operations of Feicheng Mining Group, and health checks were conducted on 320 underground workers (observation group) and 136 administrative staff (control group), and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Coal mine operating conditions are poor, the noise is more serious than the standard, the noise exceeded the punctuation rate of 55.9%. Underground operators have a high incidence of hearing loss, 120 of whom are hearing-impaired subjects, 46 of whom have mild, moderate, and severe hearing loss and 5 of whom are deaf and hearing-impaired. Compared with coal miners, their blood pressure is elevated and their electrocardiogram abnormalities are detected Rates higher than the control group, back pain, fatigue and other symptoms were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Coal mine operation noise is serious and should be comprehensively controlled.
