目的 :探讨制备美乐托宁水溶液的方法 ,以期改变剂型和给药途径。方法 :烟酸能与美乐托宁生成复盐制备水溶液 ,分别给兔、狗、鼠大剂量口服或注射 ,运用紫外分析水溶液的稳定性。结果 :兔、狗、鼠对大剂量美乐托宁水溶液配方具有耐受性 ,判断其作用机制与安定类不同 ,紫外分析显示其水溶液具良好稳定性。结论 :美乐托宁水溶液可望成为口服溶液剂型或注射剂。
Objective: To explore the method of preparing melezoline solution in order to change the dosage form and route of administration. Methods: Nicotinic acid was able to form double salt solution with Meleotronin to prepare aqueous solution. Rabbits, dogs and mice were orally or in large doses, respectively. The stability of aqueous solution was analyzed by UV. Results: Rabbits, dogs and mice were tolerant to the high-dose melezoline solution. The mechanism of action was different from that of diazepam. UV analysis showed that the aqueous solution had good stability. Conclusion: Melodyne is expected to be an oral solution or injection.
