在基础饲料中分别添加0(对照组)、0.5%和2.0%藤壶肽,研究藤壶肽对吉富罗非鱼免疫力的影响。分别于7、14、21、28和35 d后测定吉富罗非鱼的血液氯化硝基四氮唑蓝阳性细胞数(NBT阳性细胞数)、溶菌酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和血清凝集抗体效价。结果表明,与对照组相比,血液中NBT阳性细胞数0.5%组在35 d时显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2.0%组28 d时显著高于对照组(P<0.05),35 d极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);溶菌酶活力0.5%组无显著变化(P>0.05),2.0%组35 d时效果显著(P<0.05);SOD活力0.5%组表现为持续的促进作用,2%组前期表现出较强的抑制作用,后期趋于平稳;血清抗体凝集效价2.0%组在第7天抗体效价上升,随后出现下降并逐渐稳定;表明饲料中添加藤壶肽能提高吉富罗非鱼免疫应答水平。

There was no significant change in the lysozyme activity of 0.5% (P> 0.05), the effect of 2.0% in 35 days (P <0.05), and the activity of SOD in 0.5% 2% group showed a strong inhibition in the early stage, the latter tended to be stable; serum antibody agglutination titer of 2.0% group antibody titer increased on the 7th day, and then decreased and gradually stabilized; that feed added Barnacle peptide can increase the level of immune response of tilapia.
