在现代篮球训练方法中,已经加大了对于核心力量的训练强度,这种训练方法具有加强肌肉群的运动力度,增加身体协调性等优点。本文通过对于核心力量训练现状的描述,结合呼伦贝尔学院篮球训练的方法和结果进行分析,最终得出核心力量训练对于篮球训练的作用,为今后的核心力量训练带来借鉴经验。
In modern basketball training methods, the training intensity for the core strength has been increased. This training method has the advantages of strengthening the muscle group’s exercise intensity and increasing the body coordination. Based on the description of the current situation of core strength training and the analysis of the methods and results of basketball training at Hulunbeir College, this paper concludes the function of core strength training in basketball training and brings about reference experiences for the future training of core strength.
