为研究热处理对棕榈纤维拉伸性能的影响,在不同温度(100~200℃,间隔20℃)、不同时间(3、6、9 h)条件下对棕榈纤维进行加热处理,并测试其拉伸性能。结果表明:加热温度对棕榈纤维的拉伸性能有极显著影响,随着加热温度的上升,棕榈纤维的杨氏模量逐渐变大,断裂强度和断裂伸长率逐渐降低,并在加热温度为160~180℃时纤维的拉伸性能发生突变;加热时间对棕榈纤维的拉伸性能也有显著影响,即随加热时间的延长,杨氏模量逐渐增大,断裂强度和断裂伸长率逐渐降低。
In order to study the effect of heat treatment on the tensile properties of palm fibers, palm fibers were heat-treated at different temperatures (100-200 ℃, 20 ℃ intervals) and different time (3, 6, 9 h) performance. The results show that the heating temperature has a very significant effect on the tensile properties of palm fibers. With the increase of heating temperature, the Young’s modulus of palm fibers gradually increases, and the breaking strength and elongation at break gradually decrease.
