车削齿轮是圆柱齿轮加工中一种新的高效加工方法。本文从车齿原理,论述了采用直齿插齿刀车削齿轮,较国外常用的斜齿刀车削齿轮,有更高的理论造形精度。并以实例计算了在带切向刀架的滚齿机上车齿时的工艺调整方法,同时提出了设计车齿机床与设计滚齿机不同,必须注意其工艺特点,并列举了设计车齿机床的若干设计原则与建议。
Turning gears are a new and efficient method of machining cylindrical gears.
