女性尿道平滑肌瘤比较少见,至1982年为止收集国内外文献仅报导55例,兹将我院收治1例报道如下。 患者,女性,42岁,农民,住院号34947,于1982年9月27日入院。诉在尿道左旁发现一隆起肿块已二月,渐见增大,排尿时偶有困难及分叉。全身体格检查均正常,除在尿道左旁有一直径3cm之坚韧无痛光滑肿块,触之无出血,并将尿道外口轻度推向右方。子宫、宫颈、穹窿部及阴道检查均正常。二侧腹股沟未触及肿大之淋巴结。实验室检查包括血尿常规均无异常发现。入院后手术,连带包膜完整摘除,术后滞留导尿三天,恢复顺利,于十月七日痊愈出院。病理报告为尿道平 Female urethral leiomyoma is relatively rare, until 1982, collecting only 55 cases of domestic and foreign literature, I will be hospitalized in 1 case reported as follows.
