良好的师生关系是搞好体育教学的前提,体育与健康课程标准更强调师生之间的协作与交流,因此创建民主、和谐、亲密的师生关系势在必行。但是,由于教师不当的教育教学行为,给学生造成师源性心理伤害,导致师生关系紧张的现象持续上升。为减少和避免师源性心理伤害,提高教师自身的心理健康水平已迫在眉睫。本文针对体育课师生冲突的案例分析,揭示“师源性心理伤害”的原因,提出应对策略,旨在为建立和谐的师生关系和和谐的校园提供一点帮助。
Good relationship between teachers and students is a prerequisite for improving physical education. Physical education and health curriculum standards emphasize the cooperation and exchange between teachers and students. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a democratic, harmonious and intimate relationship between teachers and students. However, due to improper education and teaching practices of teachers, teachers are mentally hurt and the tension between teachers and students is on the rise. In order to reduce and avoid teacher-induced psychological injury, it is imminent to improve teachers’ mental health. This article aims at the case analysis of the conflict between PE teachers and students, and reveals the causes of “teacher-induced psychological injury” and puts forward the coping strategies aimed at providing a little help in establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship and a harmonious campus.
