第六届工具钢及工具热处理年会于1991年10月26～30日在江苏省苏州市召开。会议由机电部成都工具研究所主办,由上海工具厂承办,由苏州市姑苏调压变压器厂协办,得到了苏州市有关部门的大力支持。来自全国24个省、市、自治区58个单位的95名代表参加了会议。会议共收到论文33 The sixth annual meeting of tool steel and tool heat treatment was held from October 26 to October 30, 1991 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The conference was hosted by the Chengdu Institute of Tools and Tools of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. It was contracted by the Shanghai Tool Factory and co-organized by Suzhou Gusu Adjusting Voltage Transformer Factory. It was strongly supported by the relevant departments in Suzhou City. Ninety-five representatives from 58 units in 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country attended the meeting. The conference received a total of 33 papers
