研究了不旧含量Sb对AM50-Y镁合金的显微组织及在NaCl溶液腐蚀介质中腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,加入Sb后,Sb优先与Y形成YSb相。随着Sb含量的增加,块状Al_2Y相数量减少、尺寸变短,YSb相数量增多,当Sb含量增至1%,YSb相聚集长大粗化。合金腐蚀速率和腐蚀电流密度随含Sb量的增大而增大,而氧化膜电阻和双电层电容减小,合金耐蚀性能明硅下降;当Sb含量为1%时,合金耐蚀性最差,腐蚀速率高达2.65mg·cm~(-2)·d~(-1),比未添加Sb合金增加了近2倍。
The effect of non-old content of Sb on the microstructure of AM50-Y magnesium alloy and its corrosion behavior in NaCl solution was studied. The results show that after the addition of Sb, Sb preferentially forms YSb with Y. With the increase of Sb content, the amount of massive Al_2Y phase decreases, the size decreases and the amount of YSb phase increases. When the Sb content increases to 1%, the YSb phase grows and coarsens. The corrosion rate and corrosion current density of the alloy increase with the increase of Sb content, while the resistance of the oxide film and the electric double layer capacitance decrease, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy decreases. When the Sb content is 1%, the corrosion resistance of the alloy The worst corrosion rate was 2.65 mg · cm -2 · d -1, nearly two times higher than that without Sb addition.
