随着改革开放和经济社会的快速发展,我国已实现了食品的有效保障供给,食品安全问题也开始受到社会的普遍关注。尽管目前食品安全形势总体稳定向好,但与“四个最严”要求和人民群众早日共享食品安全发展成果的新期待还有较大差距。加强食品安全监管,保障食品安全已成为我们面临的重大课题。本文在分析目前食品安全问题的基础上,就完善食品安全法规和标准、健全食品安全监管体制、严格食品安全监管制度、加强食品安全监管能力等问题,探讨相关对策建议。
With the rapid development of reform and opening up and economic and social development, our country has realized the effective supply of food and the issue of food safety has also begun to receive widespread public concern. Although the current situation of food safety is generally stable and favorable, there is still a long way to go to meet the requirements of the “four most stringent” and the people’s expectation of sharing the results of food safety development as soon as possible. Strengthening food safety regulation and ensuring food safety have become a major issue for us. Based on the analysis of the current food safety issues, this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the food safety regulations and standards, perfecting the food safety regulatory system, strict food safety regulatory system and strengthening the food safety regulatory capacity.
