目的 探讨各类癫痫发作时脑电图的演变过程,提高癫痫分类的准确度,达到更好的治疗效果。方法 对32例癫痫发作时的脑电图进行分析。结果 发作时脑电图阳性率100%。结论 脑电图是癫痫诊断中不可缺少的手段,比其他任何方法都优越,特别是发作时的脑电图为癫痫诊断的基本要素。
Objective To explore the evolution of EEG during various types of epileptic seizures, improve the accuracy of epilepsy classification and achieve better therapeutic effect. Methods 32 cases of epileptic seizures EEG analysis. Results EEG positive rate of 100%. Conclusion EEG is an indispensable tool in the diagnosis of epilepsy, superior to any other method, especially when the attack of the EEG is the basic elements of the diagnosis of epilepsy.
