目的了解创建无烟学校活动对教师控烟知识和行为的影响。方法采用分层抽样法于2012年3月和2013年3月在北京、郑州和开封3市创建无烟示范校园活动的30所学校收集973份基线和924份终末调查问卷,分析教师对吸烟危害的知晓和控烟行为变化情况。结果基线和终末调查中正确应答8种吸烟危害比例分别为58.27%~95.99%和71.10%~96.10%;在吸烟危害问题中,吸烟与脉管炎相关的知晓率终末与基线分别为71.10%、58.27%,吸烟与男性性功能障碍相关的知晓率分别为78.30、66.71%,吸烟与脑卒中相关的知晓率分别为74.49%、64.74%,吸烟与骨质疏松相关的知晓率分别为72.29%、62.38%,终末均高于基线,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);基线和终末调查中有吸烟史的调查对象分别为19.12%和13.53%,现在吸烟者的比例分别为56.99%和36.80%,考虑戒烟的比例分别为65.05%和76.00%,不在学校吸烟分别为23.68%和39.20%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论创建无烟校园示范对提高学校教师控烟知识和行为均可产生积极影响。
Objective To understand the impact of creating a smoke-free school on teacher control of tobacco control and behavior. Methods A total of 973 baseline and 924 final questionnaires were collected by stratified sampling in 30 schools that created smoke-free demonstration campus activities in Beijing, Zhengzhou and Kaifeng in March 2012 and March 2013 respectively. In the baseline and end-point surveys, the respondents with smoking history were 19.12% and 13.53% respectively. The proportion of people considering smoking cessation were 65.05% and 76.00% respectively, and 23.68% and 39.20% of those who were not in school had smoking. The differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05). Conclusion The creation of a smoke-free campus demonstration can have a positive impact on improving the knowledge and behavior of school teachers in tobacco control.
