本文主要介绍台达运动控制器在创口贴包装机上的应用,在这套应用系统运行中各轴之间的位置以及速度的相对应关系十分重要,而本例系统通过各轴跟随虚主轴完成整个系统的运作,在位置反馈方面,控制器通过通讯层与伺服驱动器做了一个半闭环系统,又通过编码器轴的建立,把伺服编码器信号接入到10MC的编码器接口以达到一个全闭环的控制。
This article mainly introduces the application of Delta motion controller on the Wrap-around packaging machine. It is very important that the position and the speed of each axis in this application system are corresponding to each other. In this case, System operation, the position feedback, the controller through the communication layer and the servo drive made a semi-closed-loop system, but also through the establishment of the encoder axis, the servo encoder signal access 10MC encoder interface to achieve a fully closed loop control.
