合成了Mn(Ⅱ)与亚胺基二乙酸(H2ida)六配位的[MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2]配合物并测定了配合物的分子结构和晶体结构。具体测定结果如下:四方晶系, P421c空间群, a = 8.0932(2), c = 9.602(3) ? V = 628.9(3) ?, Z = 2, Mr = 353.15, Dc = 1.865 g/cm3, m = 1.108 mm-1和F(000) = 362。最终偏差因子分别为R = 0.0272, wR = 0.0819 (对544 (I > 2.0(I))可观察衍射点) 和R = 0.0282, wR = 0.0828 (对所有2494衍射点)。 [MnII(Hida)2(H2O)2]配合物通过MnII与ida配体之间的配位键构成了二维平面网状结构, MnII离子与4个ida配体中的羧酸基氧原子及2个配位水形成的略有畸变的六配位八面体结构。
The [MnII (Hida) 2 (H2O) 2] complex with Mn (Ⅱ) and iminodiacetic acid (H2ida) was synthesized and the molecular structure and crystal structure of the complex were determined. The specific results are as follows: tetragonal P421c space group a = 8.0932 (2) c = 9.602 (3) V = 628.9 (3)? Z = 2 Mr = 353.15 Dc = 1.865 g / cm3, m = 1.108 mm-1 and F (000) = 362. The final deviation factors were R = 0.0272, wR = 0.0819 for 544 (I> 2.0 (I)) observables and R = 0.0282 for wR = 0.0828 for all 2494 diffraction spots. The complex of [MnII (Hida) 2 (H2O) 2] complex formed a two-dimensional planar network structure through coordination bonds between MnII and ida ligands. The MnII ions interacted with the carboxylate oxygen atoms of four ida ligands and Two coordination water formed slightly distorted hexacoordinated octahedral structure.
