学生的性格各异,有的开朗奔放,有的沉默寡言。班主任在教学之中不能够以模式化的管理方式进行教育,限制了学生们的性格发展,要求班主任在德育教育中给学生们充分的发挥空间,运用科学合理的教育方式培养学生的自我管理意识。学生的自我管理能力得到提升,不仅可以增强学生的自律能力,同时可以释放他们的个性,有助于学生自身的发展,班主任的德育教育具有激励性作用。
Students of different personality, some cheerful unrestrained, and some dumbfounded. The teacher in the class can not teach in a mode of management, which restricts the development of the students’ personality. The class teacher is required to give full play to the students’ space in moral education and to use the scientific and reasonable education to cultivate students’ sense of self-management . The self-management ability of students is improved, which not only can enhance students’ self-discipline ability, but also can release their individuality and help their own development. The teacher’s moral education has an encouraging function.
