目的探讨应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学校筛查学生贫血的适用性。方法应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学校不同环境下检测血红蛋白,应用Sysmex800i全自动五分类血液分析仪与Hemo Cue Hb201+进行方法比对。结果用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在操场拥挤无序环境下检测血红蛋白,贫血率为21.4%;在教室有序环境下进行复测,贫血率为4.6%,其中将18名学生与Sysmex800i全自动五分类血液分析仪进行了方法比对,结果差异没有统计学意义。结论应用Hemo Cue Hb201+分析仪在学生人群中筛查贫血,检测迅速、准确度高,避免了体检时学生滞留,但要注意测量环境是否有序可控可能会影响操作人员规范操作,从而影响检测结果。
Objective To investigate the applicability of Hemo Cue Hb201 + analyzer in screening students for anemia. Methods The Hemo Cue Hb201 + analyzer was used to detect hemoglobin in different schools. The method was compared with Hemo Cue Hb201 + using Sysmex800i automatic five-class blood analyzer. Results Hemoglobin was detected with Hemo Cue Hb201 + analyzer in a crowded and disordered environment with an anemia rate of 21.4%. Retesting in an orderly classroom with an anemia rate of 4.6% included 18 students with Sysmex800i fully automatic five-category Blood analyzer for the method of comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The Hemo Cue Hb201 + analyzer is used to screen anemia in the student population. The detection is rapid, with high accuracy and avoids students staying in the medical examination. However, paying attention to whether the measurement environment is orderly and controllable may affect the operation of the operator and thus affect the detection result.
