近年来,沈阳军区某炮兵团“家门口”干部不断增多,1993年,已占全团干部总数的70%。“家门口”干部的增多,使干部解决家庭和自身实际问题有了诸多便利条件,稳定了干部思想。但也带来了一些负面影响,有的家属自己能办的事也要召干部回去,致使部队的正常工作受到影响。
In recent years, an artillery regiment of the Shenyang Military Region has continuously increased the number of cadres at the gate of its home. In 1993, it occupied 70% of the total number of cadres of the entire league. The increase in the number of cadres at the entrance to their home provides many convenient conditions for cadres to solve their own problems and their own problems, and has stabilized their cadre thinking.
