目的探讨家蝇3龄幼虫感染大肠埃希菌后大量增加的血细胞来源。方法观察对照组及感染大肠埃希菌后4、8、16h组家蝇3龄幼虫血淋巴的血细胞总数(THC)变化;用流式细胞仪检测感染前后各组家蝇3龄幼虫血细胞周期的变化。结果感染后4、8、16h组THC与对照组比较均有显著增加,感染后8 h组THC最高,达(38 920±2274)/μl;对照组幼虫血细胞增殖指数(PI)为15.98%;感染后各组G2/M期和S期细胞增多,PI值均明显增加;感染后4 h组PI值最高,达44.34%。结论家蝇幼虫血细胞自身具有分裂能力,是其造血功能的重要补充。
Objective To investigate the increased source of blood cells after infection with Escherichia coli in housefly 3rd instar larvae. Methods The changes of THC in hemolymph of 3rd instar larvae of housefly at 4, 8 and 16 h after infection with Escherichia coli were observed. The blood cell cycle of 3rd instar larvae of housefly before and after infection were detected by flow cytometry Variety. Results THC at 4, 8 and 16 h after infection significantly increased compared with the control group, and the highest THC reached 38 920 ± 2274 / μl at 8 h after infection. The proliferation index (PI) of control group larvae was 15.98%. After infection, the number of cells in G2 / M phase and S phase increased and the PI value increased obviously in each group. The PI value reached 44.34% at 4 h after infection. Conclusion Musca domestica larval blood cells have their own ability to divide, which is an important complement to their hematopoietic function.
