The effect of salivary gland dysfunction (SGH) on the healing of oral wounds is not yet completely understood. In this paper, the healing condition of tooth extraction in SGH mice was studied. Eighty male Sprague-Dawley rats, 2 months old and weighing 200 g, were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Experimental group bilateral submandibular gland, sublingual gland resection, parotid duct ligation. Control group of pseudo-surgery, the same part of the gland after complete exposure and then suture. Two groups of animals were removed first maxillary left first molars two weeks after surgery. Five rabbits were sacrificed at 0,1,3,5,7,10,14,21 days after operation. After gross observation, the specimens were decalcified in 18% EDTA for two weeks, and then photographed by light microscopy Observed.
