如何保证沙漠地区RTU阀室电气设备间的适宜温度,是长输管道工程的设计难题。将被动式冷却技术引入阀室温度设计,以伊拉克工程为例,基于被动式冷却的工作原理,设计出被动式冷却系统:由放置在室内的蓄热水箱、换热器以及放置在屋顶的室外换热器3个部分组成,并通过管道连接组成室内和室外闭式循环系统。对该系统重要的设计参数如何取值进行分析,并在此基础上与太阳能能量管理系统(EMS)相结合,补充了具有辅助作用的主动式冷却设备,形成了更加实用的混合式冷却系统。新型冷却系统有效解决了RTU阀室电气设备间的温度问题,可为中东、非洲、东南亚等沙漠或热带雨林地区的管道工程设计提供参考。
How to ensure the suitable temperature between the electrical equipment of RTU valve room in desert area is a design challenge of long-distance pipeline project. Passive cooling technology is introduced into the design of valve chamber temperature. Based on the Iraqi project, a passive cooling system is designed based on the passive cooling principle. The passive cooling system is composed of an indoor storage tank, a heat exchanger and an outdoor heat exchanger 3 parts of the device, and through the pipe connection to form a closed indoor and outdoor closed-loop system. Based on the analysis of the important design parameters of the system and the combination with the solar energy management system (EMS), the system supplemented the active cooling equipment with auxiliary functions and formed a more practical hybrid cooling system. The new cooling system effectively solves the temperature problem between RTU valve room electrical equipment and can provide references for pipeline engineering design in deserts or tropical rain forest areas in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.
