目的评价基于移动物联网的远程智能血糖仪与生化仪监测血糖的一致性。方法采集150例孕妇的全血,分别采用远程血糖仪测试全血的血糖值2次,全自动生化仪测试血浆的血糖值1次,以生化仪的测试结果作为对照组,远程血糖仪的测试结果作为实验组,采用ATE/LER区域方法开展一致性评价。结果远程血糖仪第1次测试结果对比生化仪的ATE区域的落入率为96.0%(90%CI 92.5~98.0),第2次测试结果对比生化仪的ATE区域的落入率为96.7%(90%CI 93.4~98.4),两次测试的平均结果对比生化仪的ATE区域的落入率为96.7%(90%CI 93.4~98.4),3种对比的LER区域的落入率均为0%。结论远程血糖监测仪和生化仪测试血糖具有一致性,是孕期常规血糖监测的有效补充。
Objective To evaluate the consistency of blood glucose monitoring based on mobile internet of things with remote intelligent glucose meter and biochemical analyzer. Methods The whole blood of 150 pregnant women was collected. The blood glucose of whole blood was measured twice by remote blood glucose meter and the blood glucose of plasma was tested by automatic biochemical analyzer. The results of biochemical analyzer were used as the control group and the remote blood glucose meter test Results As an experimental group, the ATE / LER regional method was used to evaluate the consistency. Results The results of the first long-distance blood glucose meter showed a 96.0% (90% CI 92.5-98.0) drop in the ATE region compared with the biochemical analyzer, and the second ATE region was 96.7% 90% CI 93.4-98.4). The average results of the two tests showed that the falling rate of ATE in the biochemical analyzer was 96.7% (90% CI 93.4-98.4), and that of the three contrasting LERs was 0% . Conclusion The long-distance blood glucose monitor and the biochemical analyzer test the consistency of blood sugar, which is an effective complement to the routine blood glucose monitoring during pregnancy.
