针对我国北方地区冬季日光温室低地温障碍已成为制约果菜类越冬栽培的现状,以3个辣椒品种为试材,设置日光温室辣椒幼苗不同根区温度处理,研究了不同根区温度对辣椒幼苗地上、地下部生长及光合特性的影响,以期为日光温室冬季辣椒栽培土壤温度条件的选择提供理论依据。结果表明:与适温处理(CK)相比,亚适温和低温处理,降低了辣椒幼苗的株高、地上部干重、地下部干重及全株干重,延缓了叶片生长,增加了根冠比;降低了辣椒幼苗叶片SPAD值、光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度。
Aiming at the current situation that low ground temperature obstacle in solar greenhouse in winter in northern China has become the winter fruit and vegetable cultivation, three peppers were used as experimental materials to set up different root zone temperature treatments of pepper seedlings in solar greenhouse.
