以3个不同剂量的540g/L噻苯敌草隆SC(脱吐隆)和一个常用剂量的40%乙烯利AS混用及540g/L噻苯敌草隆SC单剂、40%乙烯利AS单剂为处理,以清水做对照,进行噻苯敌草隆脱叶剂对棉花脱叶、吐絮效果的研究。结果表明,药后3d、7d、15d、22d的脱叶率和吐絮率随噻苯敌草隆浓度增加而增加。药后7d,各药剂处理脱叶率较清水对照显著提高,药后22d,噻苯敌草隆与乙烯利混用3个处理脱叶率达94.8%~100%,噻苯敌草隆单剂82.6%,乙烯利单剂62.3%,清水对照43.1%;药后15d,各药剂处理吐絮率达33.4%~54.8%,其中噻苯敌草隆单剂36.1%,乙烯利单剂41.8%,清水对照9.2%,均较清水对照显著提高;霜前吐絮率(药后22d),噻苯敌草隆与乙烯利混用3个处理为35.0%~69.7%,噻苯敌草隆单剂39.8%,乙烯利单剂46.0%,清水对照17.3%。

Compared with the control, the bollworm rate (35d% -69.7%) of thidiazuron and ethephon mixed with ethephon were significantly increased 46.0% for single dose and 17.3% for water control.
