随着中国制造2025国家战略实施,轨道交通装备制造业在市场经济和制造全球化冲击下,不可能按部就班的完成工业化以后再开始向信息化转变,必须同时应用精益理念和信息化两种手段,以精益理念来提升企业管理,以信息化技术来固化企业管理,走基础管理提高与信息技术应用并重的发展方式。
With the implementation of the national strategy of 2025 made in China, it is impossible for the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry to shift to informationization step by step after completing the industrialization under the impact of the market economy and manufacturing globalization.
