1事故调查2006年6月在株洲车辆段管内发生了1起车钩分离事故,事故车辆为P64GK型棚车,空车状态,采用了13A型上作用车钩、ST型缓冲器。该车南端1位车钩钩头已大部分被拉出,因钩提链吊着上锁销,其车钩才未全部拉出。车钩缓冲器装置中丢失了钩尾销和横穿螺栓,车钩其他配件齐全且无破损和作用不良。
