患女,52岁。以“颈部包块17年,心慌、气短3年,腹泻1年”主诉于1992年11月3日入院。17年前普查时发现右颈部包块,约花生米大小,无不适。以后颈部包块缓慢进行性增大。3年前出现心慌、气促、多汗、乏力等。1年前出现腹泻,粪便为稀糊状或稀水样,每d7～8次至10余次不等,多次在当地医院按“肠炎”治疗无效。查体:T36.1℃、P90次/min,R22次/min,BP17/8kPa,Wt38kg。发育正常,营养差,明显消瘦,慢性病容。手心湿热,毛发干枯稀疏。双眼裂稍大,无突眼,双眼球聚合
