鄂尔多斯盆地为典型的岩性油气藏,主要发育三叠系延长组和侏罗系延安组两套含油层系、下古生界奥陶系和上古生界二叠系两套含气层系,低压、低渗、低丰度是其突出特点。为快速提高“三低”油气藏单井产量,长庆油田借鉴美国页岩气水平井“体积压裂”的成功经验,开展了低渗透油藏水平井水力喷砂分簇多段压裂技术攻关与试验。在延长组长7层水平井压裂改造过程中采取了“体积压裂”改造的方式,针对体积压裂施工加砂量多,液量大,排量高的特点,采取了环空加砂的方式,本文就水力喷射环空加砂工艺的优点和施工过程中存在的问题进行了分析和解决,并对施工过程中存在的风险和异常情况进行了总结归纳,形成对一种较为成熟的水力喷射压裂环空加砂压裂工艺模式。

The method of “volumetric fracturing” was adopted in the process of extending the fracturing reformation of 7 horizontal wells in the group leader. According to the characteristics of volumetric sandblasting with large amount of sand, large volume of liquid and high displacement, The way of adding sand, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the construction process and the advantages of jet sand annihilation process, summarizes the risks and anomalies existing in the construction process, Mature hydraulic jet fracturing annular sand fracturing process mode.
