本文报道以一例混合型人体恶性胸膜间皮瘤手术切除标本,经体外培养和建成一长期传代的细胞系,命名为SMC-1.该系细胞呈多形性,具有明显的重叠性生长特征.细胞群体倍增时间约32小时,最高分裂指数达46—50%,染色体众数为69—70.异种移植可产生类似原培养材料组织结构的肿瘤.培养细胞、异种移植之肿瘤及原培养材料三者具有同一的组织化学特征.这些说明这是一例人体恶性胸膜间皮瘤细胞系.SMC-1细胞系的建成,对研究愈后极为凶险的恶性间皮瘤提供了有利条件。
This article reports a case of mixed human malignant pleural mesothelioma surgically resected specimens, in vitro cultured and established a long-term cell line, named SMC-1. This line of cells is pleomorphic, with obvious overlapping growth characteristics. The cell population doubling time is about 32 hours, the highest mitotic index is 46-50%, and the mode of chromosome is 69-70. Xenotransplantation can produce a tumor similar to the original culture material tissue structure. SMC-1 cell line was built, and provided favorable conditions for the extremely dangerous malignant mesothelioma after the study.
