目的探讨太宁栓(复方角菜酸酯栓)纳肛联合95豫酒精纱布局部湿敷治疗放化疗后痔疮复发患者的疗效。方法将我科88例放化疗后痔疮复发的肿瘤患者按照随机分组原则，分为试验组和对照组，每组各44例。试验组患者采用太宁栓纳肛联合95豫酒精纱布局部湿敷治疗痔疮，对照组患者仅以95豫酒精纱布局部湿敷治疗痔疮，同时由责任护士进行针对性护理；治疗1w后，比较两组患者疼痛、出血及疗效情况。结果对照组患者总的有效率为77.3豫，试验组总有效率为95.5豫，试验组明显高于对照组，<0.05，两组比较差异具有统计学意义；干预后试验组患者的痔疮疼痛评分状况较对照组明显降低，两组比较，<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论太宁栓纳肛联合95豫酒精纱布局部湿敷治疗放化疗后痔疮复发能有效减轻肿瘤患者痛苦，增加患者痔疮治疗效果，提高患者的生活质量。在临床痔疮治疗中有指导意义。“,”Objective To explore the curative ef ects of Titanoreine Suppository with 95%alcohol on hemor hoids patients with recur ence after Radiation and chemotherapy.Methods 88 hemorrhoids patients with recur ence after Radiation and chemotherapy were equal y randomized into the observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Titanoreine Suppository with 95% alcohol wet packing .The patients in the control group were treated with 95%alcohol.After a week of treatment,the pain in the patients and the curative ef ects were compared between the two groups.Results The total ef ective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.9%and 77.3%,respectively( <0.05).The pains in the patients of the observation group were significantly relieved compared to those of the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Titanoreine Suppository combined with 95%alcohol together with pertinent nursing intervention is ef ective in the treatment of hemorrhoids patients with recurrence after Radiation and chemotherapy and reducing maternal pains. Can increase hemor hoids treatment ef ect, improve the patient's quality of life. As a guidance in the clinical hemor hoids treatment.
