目的观察常欣卫口服液及其配伍抗胃黏膜损伤作用。方法采用利血平致小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、应激性大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、无水乙醇大鼠胃黏膜损伤及消炎痛致大黄脾虚大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,预防性给药或治疗给药,以胃黏膜的损伤指数为指标,评价药物对各动物模型的抗胃黏膜损伤作用。结果常欣卫口服液、党参白术水提物、猴头菇多糖各给药组,除猴头菇多糖对无水乙醇胃黏膜损伤无明显作用外,其余组对利血平致小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、应激性大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型、无水乙醇大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型均有明显的保护作用,各给药组胃黏膜损伤指数均较对照组降低(P<0.05;P<0.01);大黄脾虚大鼠经各药物治疗后对消炎痛所致胃黏膜损伤指数较非治疗组明显降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论常欣卫口服液、党参白术水提物、猴头菇多糖均有抗胃黏膜损伤作用。
Objective To observe Chang Xin Wei oral liquid and its compatibility with anti-gastric mucosal injury. Methods The model of gastric mucosa injury induced by reserpine in rats, gastric mucosa injury model in stress rats, gastric mucosal injury in ethanol-induced rats and gastric mucosa injury induced by indomethacin in rats with rhubarb and spleen deficiency were treated by prophylactic administration or treatment The gastric mucosal injury index was used as an index to evaluate the anti-gastric mucosal injury effect of the drug on each animal model. Results Chang Xin Wei oral liquid, Codonopsis abamectin aqueous extract, Hericium polysaccharide each administration group, except Hericium polysaccharide had no effect on gastric mucosal injury of ethanol, the other group of reserpine-induced gastric mucosa The model of gastric mucosa injury in gastric mucosa of gastric mucosa and gastric mucosal lesion in rats induced by ethanol showed significant protective effect on gastric mucosal lesion and the gastric mucosal lesion index in each administration group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05; P <0.01) (P <0.05; P <0.01). The index of gastric mucosal damage induced by indomethacin in rhubarb and spleen deficiency rats after treatment with each drug was significantly lower than that of non-treatment group (P <0.05; P <0.01). Conclusion Chang Xin Wei oral liquid, Codonopsis abortus water extract, Hericium polysaccharide have anti-gastric mucosal injury.
