More than 300 years ago, the French thinker Voltaire put forward the saying that “life is movement.” It has become a guide to humankind’s health and longevity. The human body needs to be able to maintain the vitality of life in the non-stop movement. However, there is a famous saying in ancient China: “If you move too much, you will waste it if it is over.”
