对不同板坯加热温度的含铌取向硅钢热轧板进行一次冷轧,通过SEM、EBSD等研究方法研究不同板坯加热温度的热轧板在一次冷轧后的织构演变规律。结果表明:当板坯加热温度由1270℃降至1170℃,一次冷轧后获得的旋转立方织构及高斯织构强度均明显下降,旋转立方织构下降幅度为49%,高斯织构强度下降幅度为82%;冷轧后获得的{111}<112>织构强度与板坯加热温度呈负相关,当板坯加热温度由1170℃增至1220℃,一次冷轧中{111}<112>织构强度下降58%。
The cold rolling of Nb-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled plates with different slab heating temperatures was carried out. The microstructure evolution of hot-rolled plates with different slab heating temperatures after cold rolling was studied by SEM and EBSD. The results show that when the slab heating temperature is reduced from 1270 ℃ to 1170 ℃, the rotational cubic texture and the Gaussian texture strength obtained after a cold rolling decrease obviously, the decrease of revolving cubic texture is 49%, and the intensity of Gaussian texture declines The strength of {111} <112> obtained after cold rolling is inversely related to the slab heating temperature. When the slab heating temperature is increased from 1170 ℃ to 1220 ℃, {111} <112 > Texture strength decreased by 58%.
