苯二氮类药物的长期使用会使患者产生躯体依赖。不同的苯二氮类药物的行为效应可能由不同的GABAA受体亚单位介导。苯二氮类药物主要作用于特定的α亚单位。然而,苯二氮类药物的滥用和不同的GABAA受体亚单位所起的作用之间却是复杂的。研究表明,苯二氮类药物躯体依赖的发生需要所有GABAA受体亚单位的相互作用。现重点介绍国内外有关苯二氮类药物的躯体依赖的产生,GABAA受体亚单位介导的苯二氮类药物的躯体依赖等研究情况。
Long-term use of benzodiazepines causes patients to become physically dependent. The behavioral effects of different benzodiazepines may be mediated by different GABAA receptor subunits. Benzodiazepines mainly act on specific alpha subunits. However, the abuse of benzodiazepines is complicated by the effects of different GABAA receptor subunits. Studies have shown that the occurrence of body-dependent benzodiazepines requires the interaction of all GABAA receptor subunits. At present, we mainly introduce the domestic and international research on the production of the body-dependence of benzodiazepines and the physical dependence of benzodiazepines mediated by the GABAA receptor subunit.
