Dickinson is known as the “seclusion of white nuns.” Her poetry naive as a child, she is longing for love but lonely life. There was melancholy in Emily’s poem, her language was warm; she would calmly talk about death, and she would angrily rebuke God’s injustice. Emily Dickinson is a contradictory unity, her complex feelings of inner fear, sadness, longing and frustration add to the charm of her poetry. Emily exhausted her life to pursue her ideal love, to think about the eternal love and life, to explore the true meaning of life and death, and to find out the beauty in nature by looking for the eyes of love.
